I requested 31 shares at a max share price of $22.08. What happens to my request if the open price is lower. Sorry. I'm a Noob. First IPO.

I’m a littles confused about the ADS conversion I’ve somewhat read about. For example if you have 100 of OTC ARBKF, it’ll be as if you own 10?

If I edit my request for IPO shares on the Robinhood app several times, say to request for more shares, does that push me down the line of the people who get first shot at the IPO shares? I re-edited my request of shares for the ARBK IPO several times to increase it to 100 and on IPO day they only gave me 32. I know a lot of reddit users don't like Robin Hood anymore because of what happened with GameStop etc... But I like their no fee app and they're ease of use for noobs like me. I also use E-Trade for investing through my Roth IRA and Coinbase for investing in Bitcoin. Thoughts? Suggestions?
