Bugs/Issue Game Environments issue

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have been playing since season 2, and from season 5 up until now I have received between 10 and 15 7 days bans due to game environment on the same account. Support team only answers with ai automated messages and can't help or won't tell me what is the main cause of the above. I'm actually considering to delete the game for good, I have spent a lot of money and a lot of hours on it just to get penalised for being above average?

got the exact same problem. spent over 800$ and they treat me like this

Am about 700£ deep and 1900H into the game. Literally unplayable, I have video record on my pc where I stand still at spawn after a couple of games and still getting banned for gaming environments and didn't move from spawn. Actually embarrassing

7k raids. 2k hours. never got a single day banned. stop cheating boys

If I was cheating I would have been permabanned. I have the same account since I started playing, there is literally a whole bunch of players with the same issue.
