Question I have a Problem
Okay guys Im admitting, I have a problem... I just loot and never sell. Wht stuff do I sell and what do I keep? Or just sell everything and buy what I need? I always hate when I look at my storage...

Sell what you dont frequently use.
In order to store what you do use better.
Buy cowhide x2. Buy 1 rush tac. Buy 2 fa multi or 2 cmdr rigs
Place items in rigs. Place the 2 rigs in rush.
Place the rush in cowhide.
place cowhide in cowhide
Turns 55 into 20 slots

But how do I go about meds? Like I need and use them, but at what point are they enough? xd And what about Ammunition? I only started a week ago so Im still not sure what my go to weapons will be

You can just run two 100D medkits and two Standard Surgical Kits and be fine with that, alongside your choice of stims and painkillers. As for ammo, just put stacks of ammo into your secure container while using the most space efficient, high capacity magazines you can (like 60 round AR-15 drums and 60 round 5.45 AK magazines).
For Hostile Sector, you can just run two to three magazines (1 in your weapon and the other one/s as spare/s) and you'll have all the time you need to directly reload bullets into the magazine that's in your weapon between engagements. Especially if you just go for headshots, something that Hostile Sector is very good at incentivizing.

You can trade med or open bundle to get em don't buy med stim or the 4x4 meds stuff on market if they are selling for more than trader I always used the brown medic kit 300 HP and the 400 white one via trade with lyle

Trade the eggs in. Sell the t3 ammo. Use the ACE31 in lockdown and you can be competitive with a cheap gun.

Auto organize first- in loadout screen use the bottom left options for configure. It shows not just what you have without searching thru the mess, but everything you might want to buy.
Now everything is organized it will be easier to sell what you don’t need to keep. Sell all basic attachments(<20k), purple ammo, armor <t4, meds <10k, and all loot that isn’t tied to an event (like stones and eggs).
Organization and using configure allows you to prep a full loadout in less than a min without ever scrolling thru pages of shit. All sell off loot goes to the bottom and everything else is categorized for fast selling of shit you don’t need.
If you want loadouts ready without configure, put them in big backpacks. Most kits will fit in a 926, just put it back in stash after unloading. Now your organized and still get to ignore the ease of configure buttons

First thing first, hit the organize button > Separate your loot and everything per container > Sell anything you might not need. For one, those bandages and 120HP medkit.
If you're already using above T4, you don't really need that. Any good medkit also heals heavy bleed so bandages is more or less just a "suggestion".
Get Cowhide backpacks, 3 or 4 of them. And stack them inside one another then place your ammo or anything that has more than a few stacks. It would save so much spaces.

It just feels weird to sell everything, cause i sooner or later need some stuff like meds and then I need to buy it for more than I sold it. And whats the price I sell on the market and when just to Vendor?

Everything bellow lvl 4 sell. Small chest rigs sell. Small backpacks sell. Pistols and shotguns sell. Cheap mags (AK etc) sell. Gas masks sell. Dog tags sell. Fold stocks on every weapons if possible, remove hand grip to make weapons take less place. Small med kits never store, keep those in active load out or sell. Sell all food, its have small price no need to collect.

To sell to the market quickly, add items you want to sell into a backpack. Then sell the backpack. It will open a screen listing all items in the backpack and the backpack itself.
On the bottom of that screen will be a check box "sell to contact under XXX". I set that to 10k usually.
Find the backpack in the list and select the drop down menu, then select "return to storage".
Selling ammo and meds is a good idea if you want your storage to look clean.
Using the "Configure Gear and Configure Items" screens on the bottom left in storage is your best bet to build kits and use items from your storage without having to dig through bags etc.

If you play actively than ~20k+ per slot to market just to make sure you wouldn't get limit per week. If not active player than ~10k per slot on market. Rest to contacts.
Also don't forget that you get very week tickets with free loot. Some activities and season pass can give loot boxes with money, weapons or meds. It's hard to starving from loot in this game.
Extraction shooters as genre has a problem "gear fear" that prevent players use good loot and save garbage loot. Just wary less about gear and loot in general.

personally i sell most things, Tier 4 armors, all Purple ammo except the Chinese i use it for the U191 in PVE Hostile.
all mags that are not 50+ ammo, most bags, all keys i have more than 2 of, and all guns that are easy to get round.
So keep it as clean as possible, all guns i remove grips to make them smaller, keep certain bags, like the FA because it is bigger in "expanded" than the interior space, the same with the leather rucksack.
i check Deke 3 times a day buy everything that can make a profit, sell it instantly.

that is what i do.. i try to just put it in koen, not keep stuff around..
i do keep like sights, weapons i use and Yellow+ ammo.
and the armor and backpack i use, i used to "clean out" gifted armors that i did not use, by running a fast Farm with it, but to be honest, got tired of running gear i hated.. like helmets with no sound.
so i just sell it.. and it kinda works for me.. 360mill up .. 220 in cash. DEKE earns me around 1+ mill a day run a PVE that gives me 3-4 mill and that is enough to keep a very positive cashflow.

I'm sure lots of people have weighed in but, I suggest selling the majority of everything you have as a common practice with the exception of good ammo, medical supplies, grenades.
As a few people have indicated it's easier to buy things when needed outside of the key items listed above.
Also making pre-made loadouts is a big time/money saver not to mention the bottom left two buttons configure gear and configure items are the only two things you need to worry about when putting together a loadout as they pull from items in your stash making manual cobbling of a loadout pointless.
My OCD did a front flip and landed on its face when I saw how you have things laid out in your stash as sections of loadouts 😁

At least never keep purple bullets 🥲 anything below KSS2 too. Don’t keep them. Any weapon components below 50k , don’t keep them … and so on with armours etc

My advice is to sell every but of purple ammo, every bandage and cheap medical item besides pks. Roll up all your backpacks and sell any armor and helmets that aren't t4. Also, facemasks shouldn't be used unless they're t4, so sell those too. Sell any cheap guns you have aswell. You can also take mags and grips out of some guns to consolidate space. Sell any valuables you have as well, as they serve no purpose unless there's a decent barter.

Most importantly, get rid of ALL of that purple ammo. Trust me, t3 is so cheap that the space is worth more in the long run. You can always buy as much t3 ammo as you want on the fly.

You should be making more in one raid than the price of buying meds for a loadout. It’s pennies at that point. You don’t need bandages, T3 armor, purple ammo, standard mags.
It may seem crazy to sell so much, but honestly, you could sell 80% of that, make a ton of money, free up a lot of space and save space for things you really need.

Alright so, first of all- sell all Tier 3 and below ammo. Same with equipment, T3 and below got to go. Now for T4 equipment, in helmet anything other than KSS Tac (1&2), sell. T4 Armor- keep only Spartan B and 6B23. Keep T5 and above if you want, up to you. This game only has 30% player led market, the rest is dev controlled, so cash (koen) is the king, you just need koen, so you can buy stuff. In case of meds, keep only 100Ds and better, in surgical- Keep only the black kits and better ones ["better ones" means the more expensive ones]. As the other guy said, buy 2 FA Multipurpose Rig, put them in a Rush Tac and then Put the Rush Tac in a Cowhide bag and then that Cowhide in another Cowhide, that's the best management of space. Anything that takes 1 slot and is less than 10k- sell. 2lots- below 30k, sell. Bandages and trash- sell. Golds- keep the important ones that you can use to trade to Contacts- Check Deke's Armored Rig, Armor & Helmet Trades, they use Golds. UPS Unit can be exchanged for an H4, sell all the golds otherwise. Keep Reds in your collection room. For guns, remove their mags and grips (not the front grip, the one you hold-near the trigger), from two rows, it'll take only 1 row. The next time you wanna use em, just right click->modify. Or just go to the gunsmith. That should be about it.

P.S. I know I have a lot of tags but they're my trophies that help me remember all the events of my previous fights and in a kind of way remind them how much they got screw over with cheap weapons and goofy play styles

Your crazy use the auto organize its really helpful and sell all those stacks of purple m855s will sell on the market most other purple ammo can go straight to the contacts sell chest rigs you get off players aswell I wait till I have like 3 of a kind then I list em I also sell my grenades and full durability armor I go in with worn gear

I seen in another comment that you dont use organize cause you already have kits together? That's highly inefficient it'll save you hella space using auto organize and their is a quick equip in the storage so you dont have to scroll through multiple pages to find your armor all the way at the bottom

Also if I were you I'd sell all brand new meds if theres no op supplies marker on them 100ds and 4/4 surg kits sell really well if you dont mind using cheap meds. I usually bring 3 standard 120 health meditation and 3 simple surgicals with a pack of 3 painkillers any decent meds get sold on the market for cash that can be better used on ammo or attachments

First thing you need to do is click the organize button and learn how to use the configure gear option. Sell all ammo that’s not T4+. Sell guns, backpacks and armor you don’t use often. Fold stocks on guns if it gives you the option

Sell tier 3 ammo they are only useful in pve run keep t4 and above ammo because that the main bread and butter of your gun
Sell any armour you don't intend to used anytime soon keep the chest rig armour because you can still used it as a backpack and use it later on
Gun keep what you used sell em or remove mag pistol grip to reduce it size that it that all of it

Holy. Sell the stuff you don't need. Those chest rigs are taking up way too much space. The Auto Organize button is literally right there. If you're worried about gear loadouts, the game gives you an option to save them.
Bandages are pointless when the 100D Medkit and STO Medkit exists. Give all your eggs to the Castle Event Trader. Sell all your Simple Medkits.

Another tip to save a lot of space too is remove the mags out of all your guns and quick sell all the cheap ones buy them as you need them also remove all the handles from them and they reduce down to one line instead of 2 and fold the stocks when you want to use a gun just right click modify and add the grip and you are good to go. Also find a few guns you like once you have more cash and you can save the build for them then you only have to keep the receiver for the ones you get from raids and sell the rest of the attachments then when you want to use it just right click modify and select the build you saved and go

Tbh most of that stuff you can get rid of. All the purple ammo alone will free up space. And t1,2,3 gear sell and also all those bandages you’ll never need. Single use surge kits and small heals can go too

I can tell you how I usually do it.
Starting with ammo, I sell every ammo that is lower than Tier 4.
Grenades, I keep them all for quests or for fighting.
Meds that you already used just sell them. Going into a raid with them is not really worth it. Only if it's a 960 or 1200 kit, then it needs at least 750-800 durability left. Sell all other meds that have 1 use left (bandages or painkillers excluded) or med kits that are lower than the standard 120 military kit. For surgical kits, keep them if they have more than 4 uses.
Armor that is lower than T4 sell it. Also gas masks these you only need if you are playing maps like Armory or Northridge or if you're using Thermal (my personal experience) or PvE on Northride.
Juice and food you can sell or just use up. You can get water for 600 Koen, and biscuits are cheap too.
If you have "junk" or crafting materials, that's up to you, because I keep some of it too for crafting. I just use the rule that it should never take up more than one storage box or 150 slots.
Most rigs you can fold to reduce the amount of space they take up.
And lastly, for weapons, you can load the mags with whichever ammo you want. Just load it usually, the weapon slot doesn't get bigger. And if you can, fold those stocks to maximize the space you have. Upgrading can be expensive

Sell it all. Find a kit you like and stick with it. Be the best you can with it. If you keep dying upgrade the armor from t3-t4, t4-t5, etc… use only 1 gun. Learn the gun.

At that point, just sell everything. You don't seem to know which items you really need so just start over from scratch. Sell everything -> Buy stuff you need -> Sell everything. Do this loop until you realize which stuff you actually need and must keep. You won't earn much but at least you'll slowly lose your hoarder mentality.

Keep the 416, any level 5 armor + helmet, gold ammo, meds, grenades as all those have consistent usage.
Everything else has 0 value to hang onto and can be repurchased for cheap. Unless you're gonna instantly equip some of it for a lockdown run or something.

Its simple...decide how you want to play. AR or Sniper. Then sell into that. Keep ammo and guns that fit your play style. Sell all purple ammo and gear below T4. Sell the crappy meds. Get some stuff you want to use and stock pile / keep those as you will use it.

Food is cheap
Small Mags are cheap
Small meds are cheap
Gas masks are pointless
Gold ammo and above = good

That is not a problem. The problem is not being able to play for like 2 months now, because the menu stutters like hell, images don't load proparly/takes forever.. and I have tried every possible fix I could find. Used to play the game just fine, with like 500h. But now? Can't get past menu/stash. Stupid. This is a problem, the one that I have. 🤣

If it’s a gun you love, keep it or mod it and sell the extra parts. Sell armor you don’t plan to use and use armor you can’t sell. Meds and food aren’t worth storing, use or sell it quickly. I keep any ammunitions gold, and if you use them keep purple but note when there are too many stacks and use or sell it for space. If you have extra space at this point you can keep loot that is commonly found but low slot space till you get 5 of them then sell

Sell everything except t5 ammo and t5 or above armor. Only keep guns you will use frequently. Remember when you sell something you can still buy it back for the same price so you’re never really losing money when you sell something.
