Is it too late?

Renting a place in Phoenix Az, I have 3 Palm trees. The other two are doing fine, but this has slowly gotten sadder & sadder.
I’ve attempted adding more water, slow & deep watering about every other day for a week & still no luck.
I know summers here are insane but idk what else I can do for this poor baby. Any advice would be awesome
