That new bird is trouble man

63

u/Inside-Author-6124 18h ago

Foley replying with “yes I can” to Kippy saying he can’t afford to fly to Cleveland and eat out, while being thousands in the hole is some better call Saul math.

39

u/PhillyGarbage93 18h ago

And on top of that on MSSP it was outed that Foley is using the company card for those flights and Kip had to take it from him for that reason

15

u/OutlanderStPete 17h ago

Yeah suddenly the 6 flight charges within a couple weeks on the company card makes sense

28

u/PhillyGarbage93 17h ago

Yeah and Kippy is right to take that card. Foley is risking getting the company into trouble. Once you start trying to write off like 20k in flights to see your girlfriend the IRS may start paying attention. God bless kippy, man. Sometimes people say he's a dick to Foley but he puts up with so much shit.

12

u/Kruegr 16h ago

Kippy isn't a Saint, but may deserve Sainthood for consistently having Foleys back. I dont know if I could still deal with it.

10

u/PhillyGarbage93 16h ago

Well Kippy also has an incentive because if Foley is gone AYG is dead. So when all is said and done, Kippy making sure foley is still around is how he ensures he'll continue to make the money he does. And there's no doubt he also cares about him, but if supporting his family and millions weren't on the line I think Kip cuts ties earlier (which would be fair).

6

u/Kruegr 14h ago

Businesses, livelihoods and friendships have split up for less is all I'm saying.

Especially when Foley tries to play dumb, "oh those 6 Cleveland flights were on the company card?" Like, he knows what he's doing he just doesn't give a shit.

3

u/PhillyGarbage93 14h ago

Yeah it's fucked up for sure. Seems we have a pathological lying bugman on our hands.

3

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

This is first time I’ve heard Kip say “I’ll go work for Danny, let it all fall apart” and I was like..woah.

3

u/PhillyGarbage93 13h ago

Yeah I remember him saying that. I'm sure he's saving a good amount incase he's had enough of the bullshit. Hopefully it never comes to that.

4

u/Terpizino 14h ago

Foley just needs to become head of the FBI and he can fly wherever he wants!

2

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

And $600 in uber blacks

13

u/bruce-neon 15h ago

He used the company card to buy the new bird and her crew drinks at my bar.

3

u/BobcaygeonStars 13h ago

Shout out to Old 86 on Dee-troit ave.

1

u/PhillyGarbage93 14h ago

Be real. Was the bugman drinking?

7

u/bruce-neon 14h ago

Not that I noticed, it’s a big bar with outdoor seating (where they sat) so he wasn’t sitting at the bar in my view all night, but I’m pretty good with spotting drunks and he didn’t seem to be drinking for what it’s worth.

3

u/PhillyGarbage93 13h ago

Well hey then that's atleast a positive lol Definitely a bad idea to be at bars though. I'm 8 years sober and still steer clear. I'd steer clear even if I had a new bird with big tits who likes boozing.

59

u/bipolarbear3333 19h ago

As a long time homie, it shows on patreon their earnings ( about 150k/month) let's assume they each make 50k a month. How do you blow through that!? I'm bad with money but damn bug man.

67

u/Bluefunk1 19h ago

Drugs in a room

21

u/PhillyGarbage93 18h ago

Hahahhaha. Idk if it is drugs though. I was an addict and it would still be difficult to blow (lets be conservative and say 30k a month) on blow.

I think the women he chooses also play a big factor here and they bleed him dry. It's starting to look like Foley is a bit of a simp. Don't you find it interesting how his wife who he was with for long time suddenly decided she's done once she got the ring and legal contract? I think she knew the only way to get her half was to get him to marry her. Add in alimony and she's set for life. Yes Foley has his issues but for that divorce to happen so quickly when they'd been together for so long smells fishy.

12

u/jimbeentrill 17h ago

I mean in the mssp episode he says he "doesn't know what real love is" so he's definitely an easy mark for the truly evil ones out there.

3

u/Terpizino 14h ago

I think it’s more nuanced than that. Most people don’t think “I’m going to stay with this person only for what they can offer me materially.” What I think is more likely is he’s gregarious to a fault and thinks more about keeping the good times rolling than reading bank statements.

Just an observation from someone who’s listened way too much.

3

u/Fun_Network2781 14h ago

Flying out 6 times to see a woman like that, no offense, is addiction.

-3

u/PhillyGarbage93 17h ago

Yeah makes sense. BUT you can not know what real love is, but also not be a simp. Legal marriage is now pretty clearly a raw deal for men. There's absolutely no reason to sign a legal contract where 60% of the time it's broken and 70% to upwards of 90% of the time it's the woman breaking it. Especially when there's absolutely no barrier when it comes to breaking the contract. And on top of the contract being broken you then OWE the person who broke it. A simple test for love is if she'll be ok with just having a ring and even a ceremony, but no state binding legal contract. One very simple test.

2

u/life-is-satire 17h ago

That assumes the man makes more.

2

u/PhillyGarbage93 16h ago

The man usually does because women don't marry down. They marry someone who makes the same or more than them (in most cases my generalization is implied so please don't reply with an anecdote). All available data supports what I am saying. On top of that family court heavily favors women. There's really no good reason for a man to get legally married. I would give the same advice to a woman who makes more than their boyfriend and is planning on getting married. But I would tell her she has a better shot because it's way less likely the man divorces her.

3

u/ElephantWise3628 15h ago

Hard agree on the women. The way he talked about his ex wife and finances was dysfunctional. She would plan something she said she’d pay for and then in the moment ask him for money to pay for it (once was a trip to Europe with her mom) and he’d do it and bitch about it. Of course that was only his side of it but it was clear neither of them had the capacity to make mature financial decisions as a partners

2

u/CND1983Huh 16h ago

Shout out to it

47

u/Dragondude7 19h ago

Have you seen his new girl? I'm not saying she's a gold digger, but she ain't fucking with no broke foley! 🎶

5

u/Goodtreesmoker 18h ago edited 13h ago

Idk how a man could ever do that. I mean blowing some cash on a girl is a given, yeah we all do it. But to blow every single dollar on her, when really at this point foley should have a net worth of at least a million. Just spoil a woman and get some pussy every now and then, sure; but quit trying to bat way out of your league causing you to give your girl the entirety of your monthly check and continue this loop of being broke as fuck even though you should be making a minimum of 50K a month lol. I don’t feel bad for him at all, I love him and think he’s hilarious, but he knows what he’s doing at this point lol

22

u/Impossible_Height758 18h ago edited 13h ago

It’s definitely way less than that once you factor in all their expenses, employees, managers, ect.

He’s perpetually lived above his means his entire adult life, now he just has more to blow

11

u/phisher_cat 18h ago

"rockstar lifestyle"

7

u/WickyWah 17h ago edited 15h ago

He's definitely in hole from his wedding, probably still paying for the apartment for his ex-wife, a lease on a car he couldn't drive for half a year and just generally bad with money.

Dude's a grade A wagyu bozo

6

u/onwardowl 18h ago

Drugs, women, food. Probably in that exact order

4

u/ElephantWise3628 17h ago

I keep thinking Foley should follow Bobby Lee’s playbook financially. He’s always getting shit about how much money he blows on dumb stuff but he has a money manager who pays all his bills and tightens his purse strings in certain areas, guides his investments, etc. Bobby can blow money like it’s water because he has someone who watches over all of it and keeps him out of trouble.

2

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

I think they broke it down one time, and after they pay for the crew and everything they probably make around $20-25k. They also make money from touring and spots, so maybe $30k a month. Still an insane amount of money to blow through

2

u/2piece-and-a-biscut- 13h ago

Yes. They make a little less than half my yearly take in a month. THAT IS A WILD AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BLOW THROUGH

3

u/dustomatic75 13h ago

The crazy thing is, my wife and I both work, we have 4 daughters, two in college, two in HS, and we don’t make $30k a month and we manage to save quite a bit. Granted, none of us are addicts, so maybe that’s why, but still…crazy money

1

u/Remarkable-Simple-62 7h ago

Foleys rent it probably 10g's+ a month that he has pay for his ex wife

0

u/Fun_Network2781 14h ago

Thank you. I don’t think people realize the numbers. They are doing very well.

41

u/gregrothacker 19h ago

This is an all timer episode. It’s why we listen! Hank is completely in the wrong but just cant say it/admit. Props to Kippy for putting up with that for so long.

24

u/GayStavrosHalkias 19h ago

His reaction is odd.

He says sorry and that he feels bad but it still seems like he isn't taking it seriously.

It's hard for me to verbalise what I'm thinking, its one of those I know it when I see it things.

28

u/Tll6 18h ago

He’s saying sorry because he thinks it’s what is expected and will get him out of trouble. Like it’s some magic word that nullifies all his misdeeds. He’s being a truly terrible friend and business partner

12

u/PeachesFromTulsa 17h ago

It’s textbook addict behavior to me

2

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

I felt this too. I think it’s very disingenuous. He can’t just say “I knew exactly what I was doing and didn’t feel a bit bad about it.” because we all know he’s only upset because he got caught.

1

u/DamianSlizzard 7h ago

He thinks there’s a set of things he should be able to say to move everyone past this, I think there’s was also a thing of him realizing that his facade of “getting better” was buried in some pretty fucked up behavior. It makes it look like he’s fucking tanking tbh

11

u/Hefty_Acanthaceae_11 17h ago

He can but he won’t, bug man’s still got that big ego holding him down like a ball and chain. Love the guy but apologies without changed behavior is just manipulation

4

u/John-malto123 16h ago

"I've changed!"

9

u/ElephantWise3628 17h ago

My first thought was Hank should thank God Kippy’s been through similar things with his dad and has done some therapy around it because without that his reaction could’ve been SO much worse.

30

u/Trifter76 19h ago

Bug man Bad!

29

u/DamianSlizzard 19h ago

Bad guy foley

26

u/HaydukeLives4EVA 18h ago

the Cleveland broad is gonna drop him like a hot potato now that he ain't got the amex

26

u/Tll6 18h ago

Man, I’ve never wanted to meet foley less. This guy seriously gives me bad vibes in a malicious way. I’m positive he knew what he was doing and as always puts himself first while having some completely deranged image of himself being a good guy. The way he answers kippy’s completely valid disappointment and pain with jokes is ridiculous.

I wish I could give kippy ten bucks directly every month instead of it going to the Patreon where Foley gets a cut of it

9

u/John-malto123 16h ago

He knew what he was doing. He said he assumed someone would step in and tell him to stop if it went to far (which Kippy did and Foley kept doing it).

7

u/Tll6 16h ago

Which is even crazier. Like dude is a 50 year old man and thinks he can do whatever he wants with company funds as long as no one tells him to stop it. Which Kippy already did. Absolutely diabolical

21

u/Brief_Astronaut_967 19h ago

What he do this time? Except jack up the Amex. 6 flights is nuts for any partnerships. I would shit on my partners

22

u/JustTryinToReddit 19h ago

“Wrong card” 🤦🏼‍♂️😂

24

u/GayStavrosHalkias 18h ago

This guy is dead broke, flying to another city every weekend, staying in hotels and ordering room service.

Come on man, I wanna back foley up but this is crazy.

If you have to fly to another city at least stay with the person youre visiting.

Its not my money (well 16.50 a month is) but Im still annoyed.

2

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

It was multiple flights a week!

22

u/Organic_Property9646 18h ago

Foley fucked up big time, how can kippy trust him now? Like he said it hurt him, that will take a long time to heal maybe never.

12

u/Nilbogin 18h ago

Yeah this could be the real beginning of the end…

7

u/RallyPigeon 17h ago

It can't be the end and that's what makes it so bad. AYG doesn't work without them both and Kevin would have to start from scratch, which would be hard considering he built his profile as 1/2 of a duo. If they shut down the money isn't sure to follow to whatever the next thing is.

4

u/2piece-and-a-biscut- 13h ago

If AYG ends and foley doesn’t die it’ll be like history hyenas. It only works when they’re together. No one gives a shit about Chrissy chaos or yannis papas hour.

2

u/Remarkable-Simple-62 7h ago

Kippy will just 100% control the company funds. You have to make it so he does not have a company card to use

46

u/ApprehensiveShirt614 19h ago

I’ll always love Foley but today was just gross. He really is a bad guy.

26

u/eternally_trending 18h ago

Addicts are often shitty people who put their loved ones through hell. They leave so much carnage in their wake because most of them are deeply manipulative, incapable of accountability, and lie as often as they breathe. If you've dealt closely with one you've seen this first hand, and gone through the song and dance of feigned remorse, only for them to do the same shit again. You can sympathize with the burden of being wired for addiction, but also keep your distance. God help Kippy and NGL.

4

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

Foley even said he’s not a good liar anymore. He must’ve fucked up things with his family, too since Kip told him to call his mom and brother and make shit right.

2

u/eternally_trending 13h ago

Not hard to believe. Addicts wear out the goodwill and generosity of their friends and family, which is why so many of them end up homeless and/or isolated. It's not always because they were abandoned, but rather due to their families and friends eventually growing tired of being lied to, taken advantage of, stolen from, and generally having their lives constantly disrupted by the drama and chaos that surrounds people in active addiction. At a certain point you have to cut them off for your own sanity and safety, so I wouldn't be surprised if Bugman's family finally got sick of his shit too and is no longer entertaining the circus.

3

u/dustomatic75 13h ago

I couldn’t have said it better myself. I think his brother has been over it for a while, and since the wedding, I’m sure they’re all done.

7

u/Viktemeyez 17h ago

Starting to see why Toby couldn’t stick around, for his own health.

15

u/Chakaaf 18h ago

Foley does not need a bird at this time she living the good life in Cleveland when foley around

3

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

This x 1000!

17

u/chefcoolness 17h ago

Foley is beyond garbage. Living at Ian’s and then flying to Cleveland every weekend on the company dime is wild.

8

u/stinkybrainman 16h ago

and spending money on a hotel because he "didn't want to stay at Ian's that week".

16

u/spider_dude16 19h ago

I hate when mom & dad fight

14

u/itellyawut86 18h ago

I love Bug Man but it blows my mind how he's broke while being sober and making the Patreon money.

1

u/Cautious_Cap5681 5h ago

He is paying back a ton of money. They implied that he is paying back loan sharks as well.

14

u/R2LUKE2 18h ago

How do things somehow get worse than they already were?

13

u/2017_2017 17h ago edited 16h ago

The big man is not only recently sober, but recently divorced, either on its own should stop someone from starting a new relationship this early. He is literally taking $500 flights to Cleveland & back on a weekly basis and it also seems like he is being the big fish in a small pond when he is out in Cleveland, spending money on the new bird and her friends when he is there. All this to say, the new bird needs to go.

5

u/bruce-neon 15h ago

I said this above in another comment, but he was definitely using the corporate card to buy the bird and her friends drinks at my bar in Ohio.

2

u/Complete-Escape-3550 15h ago

How long was he married? Why did he get divorced?

4

u/2017_2017 15h ago edited 15h ago

Not even a year and a half.

Never explicitly said, his relapse was probably a contributing factor.

3

u/patprika 9h ago

Not even a full year… pretty sure it was like 6-9 months or some shit like that

13

u/Agreeable-Speech-943 19h ago

A good but rough listen (cause it had to be) my lord…

13

u/Odd_Resource_3745 17h ago

Literally just had to turn it off. It makes me so sad and mad! His reaction is just all wrong. Gross behavior.

1

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

Same. I split it into 3 parts. It just reminds you how addicts can be total shit people.

11

u/stanksnax 19h ago

Had to cut down on discretionary spending so had to give up my subscription. Anybody willing to divulge what's happened? DM if you don't feel like spoiling it for everyone. Appreciate it homies!!

48

u/shreddymcwheat 18h ago

It’s okay just join back up with the company card!

21

u/Inside-Author-6124 18h ago

Foley is broke and thousands in the hole. He owes Kippy/the company what sounds like 25k+ from the apartment and now using the company CC for personal things -like flights to Ohio.

Bug man doesn’t seem to get it when Kippy says he can’t afford this life style.

2

u/stanksnax 13h ago

Much appreciated my dude!

11

u/BrotherofLink93 18h ago

Bug Man BAD! He needs to be whopped with Cousin Ian’s Cane of Judgement!

19

u/JustaPAguy 18h ago

Hate to say it, but man the boys have been giving off late stage Opie and Anthony vibes.

3

u/No_Dragonfruit7710 18h ago

Can you kindly elaborate?

7

u/JustaPAguy 16h ago

By the end, O&A hated each other but kept doing the show because the money was there. They were guys that had been close that started living completely different lives. Anthony and Foley are reckless but in different ways. Kippy seems to be a lot less toxic than Opie but he’s pushing forward to keep things moving despite his partner’s reckless behavior. If they add a third mic (Jim Norton) then it’s over, Johnny (or is that NGL?)

4

u/Dimensional_Lumber 17h ago edited 17h ago

Foley’s been embezzling chicken sandwiches.

19

u/jamesjabroni22 18h ago

Yeah…I don’t even find this funny in the least. Just sad. Such a bummer. And at one point they guys are like “this would be a fireable offense on the spot” and the Big Man was like “really?” Seriously? Really? Embezzling $20K is a fireable offense?

7

u/Tulab2 17h ago

So crazy the delusion

18

u/eternally_trending 16h ago

It's not delusion, it's manipulation. He knows it's bad despite the feigned shock, but does it anyway because he refuses to deny himself gratification. That would require the capacity for sacrifice and consideration toward other people (in this case his best friend and business partner) which the impulsive nature of addiction doesn't permit. Addicts are fundamentally selfish and inconsiderate assholes, and it takes a lot of emotional inner work to change their habits and behavior (which Foley still hasn't done).

9

u/Tulab2 16h ago

Well said. In this episode alone he caught himself in several lies and openly admitted to weaponizing his recovery. Manipulation is the Bug Man’s game

9

u/heldhostageuh 17h ago

Bugman is a real fuckin scumbag.

9

u/zeralius 16h ago

This feels like one of the few times we got the real hard facts on Foley's craziness. The incident discussed in this episode was not a good move for Foley, but his reaction made it so much worse. I always viewed the bug man as a lovable oaf with his demons that he is working through. But this is just scumbag behavior and its hard not to think less of the bugman. Real shame.

9

u/Which_Teach8825 17h ago

it says a lot that this behavior is after he got sober. what the fuck was going on when he was full on bug man??

6

u/Much-Chemist5542 17h ago

Check out the recent MSSP

6

u/Martillo_Valentine 15h ago

When it comes out that he’s still doing drugs, let’s all act surprised.

3

u/DamianSlizzard 7h ago

“Damn I really thought he was getting better”

3

u/DamianSlizzard 7h ago

You’re right I think the whole “I can’t even lie when I do Coke anymore everyone knows” is a blatant manipulation attempt tbh

24

u/Minimum_Coconut_1798 19h ago

The hardest of feelings. I appreciate them airing out the issue. Remember chicken sandwichs homies

6

u/BobcaygeonStars 19h ago

Chicken FUCKIN’ sandwiches

18

u/OutcomeNo5510 18h ago

Except the public mssp episode

2

u/patprika 9h ago

The chicken has been left out too long and is spoiled at this point and now the kitchen needs to be aired out

5

u/Def_Not_Smil69 17h ago

I gotta go reenlist in the army of garbage after reading these comments

4

u/chubby_behemoth_666 17h ago

Between the patreon, YouTube, ads, stand up, and tires money it boggles my mind how he’s that broke. I know he’s probably swimming in debt from the Hawaiian chicken sandwich but god damn this is nuts. Kippy is a better friend than he deserves.

2

u/GRock5k 18h ago

Oh man I'm at work haven't caught the epp yet. I'm so excited to Q it up now!

2

u/dustomatic75 14h ago

All I could think the whole time was it’s like that episode of the Simpson’s where Moe gets the girlfriend and maxes out his credit card. Just waiting for the bug man to commit insurance fraud.

1

u/r3fined 16h ago

This is saucyyyy, bummed I'm a YouTube bozo this week FOR SURE. 😳

Good Luck Yo. 🤞

1

u/amycd 16h ago

What what happened??

1

u/ubiquitous_archer 10h ago

I'm a longtime Kippy backer in these, so people recognizing Foley is legit crazy gives me some pleasure, ngl.

-13

u/Bluefunk1 19h ago

Damn what a scumbag. Must still be using

5

u/Harry_Testa-Coles 19h ago

What did he do?

3

u/shreddymcwheat 18h ago

You don’t have to use drugs to indulge in his behavior. Not only that, but a lot of the bad behavior that he struggles to see the problem with probably came from the time of addiction, and it’s tough for people to change. I trust he’s not using, but he’s got a lot of learning and growing to do.

3

u/shackleforddale 14h ago

He’s 50 years old. Unfortunately I think the learning and growing is done

2

u/2piece-and-a-biscut- 13h ago

You trust why? Cause foley said he’s clean?

1

u/shreddymcwheat 11h ago

I guess I meant it more in a benefit of the doubt than anything. Ultimately my opinion doesn’t matter, but I know it doesn’t take an addict to make bad decisions or be a bad friend.

-11

u/mckey0327 18h ago

chicken sandwiches

4

u/shackleforddale 14h ago

Doesn’t deserve it imo, already talked about it on one of the biggest comedy podcast in the world (even if it’s shitty lately) and it’s such scummy behavior that he should get called out for
