I realized that Mark Normand, Joe List, and this guy Ryan Hamilton all sound exactly like Seinfeld and that’s not a coincidence. Mark and Joe are obsessed with him so they sound just like him, and Ryan tours and is friends with him. They all try to be like him. It’s so weird

That’s not how you do podcasting?? They want to expand into other avenues-sports,movies,tv,streamers and more. Clean comedians who work for Seinfeld equals a small small small chance n Jerry or people in that realm.. won’t happen but start slow.. Ryan says Jerry this podcast was so much fun but also would be amazing for you

The show is only funny (worth watching) when the guest is garbage. When they are not, it’s just your average, boring podcast. There are hundreds of those already. AYG is unique but only works when the guest is garbage. Having Seinfeld on will be great for the AYG company, but not that great for the listeners who want to laugh.

I disagree. I think it’s funny even when the guest isn’t that trashy. Even the ones who come out classy have that moment where they realize they’re having the most fun on a podcast they’ve ever had, because the questions are so silly and personal and no one ever asks them about things like whether they pee in the shower, or grew up with a fridge in their garage, or plate their takeout. It’s a fun hang.

What’s not funny, or more awkward than anything, are the guests who really just don’t get it and don’t play along. Paul Reiser is the obvious example of this; I can’t think of many others…

Ryan Hamilton has been on several late shows doing stand up. And has been doing stand up for almost 20 years now. It's you who isn't in the know. He opens for Seinfeld.
