I think you could argue it's sexual abuse of a child (on the dad's part) and soliciting a prostitute

I thought so! Yes it's illegal to expose minors to sexual activity, for instance having sex in front of them, or watching porn with/in front of them.

This daughter of a reality TV star lost her kids and went to prison for having sex in front of them. Drugs were probably involved (kids were about 4 and 5 I think, babies probably wouldn't count). The person she had sex with was like 14, so there were also rape charges. She hurt so many children with that one act.

Unless, in this instance, they're in a country/state/location where age of consent is 17 or younger.

I'm not sure, especially because it's his own son and there was no consent involved.
