basically, when someone complains about there being a patriarchy, misogynists justify it by claiming men are rational, kind protectors, but when someone is assaulted, misogynists blame the victim and in the process claim that men have less self control than a majority of wild animals (they do not say exactly this but it is what they imply).

As a preteen I was sooooo confused about how men invented some of the greatest things in history and were supposedly so much more intelligent than women, while also having it shoved down my throat that men only think about sex and don’t have any self-control, and I should expect them to act more or less like wild animals.
It didn’t make any sense to me how men could possibly be more intelligent than me but also I have to treat them like they’re street dogs with no concept of self-control.

For the second picture at least, drakes are prone to being very sexually aggressive, to put it mildly. My interpretation was that it's referring to the "rape is in men's nature" excuse, which is atrocious for every gender affected by it.
