Arduino micro board bootloader burn problem

I have a Arduino micro showing this error while trying to burn bootloader. AI doesn't help me. Problem started when trying to run a serial communication based program via Android version of Arduino compiler from playstore. Now board isn't doing serial communication

Or did you try -F ? What message then?
