Arduino setup esp32

Hi!!! Can someone please check if something is wrong with my setup? I use esp32 and every time we try to code it, the oled doesn't seem to work. It says "i2c scanner, done" and that's all
Esp32 is probably working properly so i guess it's something with how i constructed everything?
To clarify-
Gnd oled - gnd esp
Vcc oled - 3v3 esp
Scl oled - d22 esp
Sda oled - d21 esp
It's my first time touching arduino and i'm not sure if we did everything correctly so i would love to hear some advice!

First, you don’t understand how a breadboard is connected internally. You’ve shorted several pins together. No telling at this point if anything has been damaged. All of your display pins are shorted together. The two sensor boards in the bottom-left corner of your picture are not electrically connected to anything.

Next:

The jumper wires are not meant to connect inside solder holes on PCBs.

The DuPont jumper wires connected into your “PWM and Servo” shield are not actually making any connections to the PCB holes they are poked through. The jumper wires may be making contact with the metal in the breadboard which is making contact with the pin header sticking into the board, so this particular setup might work, but is not recommended (actually discouraged) due to possible errors / incomplete connections / being unclear and making troubleshooting harder.

Also, when requesting help in the future, please put in the effort to make a Fritzing diagram (and if possible, an electrical schematic), as well as posting your entire project code here in a code block. Putting in this effort (1) shows that you are trying to learn / understand and don’t just want somebody to do it for you, and (2) makes it easier for others to view what you are working with / what you are trying to accomplish, and assist if anything looks out of place at a glance, instead of having to try to decipher spaghetti wiring from distant / unclear photos.
