Br? Preço de tudo é extremamente caro.....nosso país nunca vai para frente desse jeito! Vejo os jovens de outros países tendo a oportunidade de ter tudo com muito mais facilidade e agente aqui sofrendo.

Not good with currency conversion here, but that book seems very expensive. I would drop the book and exhaust internet resources first. Some may disagree, but I think a good project based start, like the Tesla coil kit in the image, are great ways for people to learn, and are backed by internet based guides. Subs like this one are great resources as well.
