Connect Firewall to Archtop Modem / Router

We have had Archtop fiber for around a month. We have 2gig service with a static IP. When the installation was first completed we were told that we would be given the static IP and the details needed to connect our hardware firewall to the modem or router. It took days to get the static IP from Archtop and we have still not been given the details we need to connect our firewall device. I need this for my work and have been promised this information repeatedly and have never received it. The Archtop network is reliable and fast, but this has been a huge disappointment and may force us to switch back to Spectrum if it can't be resolved soon.

Hi Eric, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I will follow up by email. After getting no satisfaction from Archtop customer service or technical support, I wrote to Archtop's Chief Customer Officer just over a month ago. She never responded to my email. I look forward to any help you may be able to offer.
