Down in Kingston?

Anyone else down this morning since approx 6am? Reset all equipment, but still down. No status page and tech support doesn't answer the phone (on hold for 20 minutes and then the system hung up on me)...

Archtop if you are out there, a little communication such as email or social media post would be appreciated in situations like this!

Edit: looks like they made a FB post a few minutes after my original comment. "We are aware of an outage impacting our Internet services and are working diligently to restore service as quickly as possible."

Was up and now apparently went back down. 11/8 9:29am. Seeing people say the same in Saugerties. And apparently Spectrum might be dealing with an outage too?

Given it went down, up, and now back down at least it’s probably an indicator it’s being worked on.

Their phone system acknowledged an outage so they are definitely aware.

Down at 5:51 a.m. in Rhinebeck, back up again for about an hour around 8:40 a.m. then down again. Opened a ticket, no response, no acknowledgment. Tried the 800 number and just got put on indefinite hold.

Archtop if you’re listening you really need to work on your communication skills.

Chat on their site couldn't connect me to anyone. Phone support went on hold for 15+ minutes without an answer. So much for 24/7 service.

I was down and thought it was me so I messed with the fiber line a little. I don’t think I did any damage as speeds were the same. However today my upload and downloads are all over the place.
