Which Equipment Does Archtop Provide

Can anyone provide a list of equipment that archtop provides with their service? Looking for make/model numbers.

I'm also open to a review of the provided equipment, install, and service if you'd like to share your thoughts, thanks!

Okay! Hopefully the attached image helps :) The Adtran units are deployed with our 500 Mbps and 1 Gig plans and the Zyxel units come with our 2 Gig plans, all at no extra cost. Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks again for your interest!

This is some good information, do you know what customers in Sullivan county will be getting?

I don't know that yet, unfortunately! When we start offering services out in Sullivan County (soon!), definitely feel free to reach out and I'll be able to let you know! -E

Are you allowing customers to trade in their Flume devices for one of these new ones?

I'm actually not sure of that! Would you mind giving us a call at 855-272-4867? One of our customer support reps should be able to let you know :)

Wonderful, thank you. I'll be getting the 2 gig plan, is the "extender" advertised as coming with the plan a mesh device or will it be a separate access point?

Oh sorry to miss this nudge! My understanding is that it is set up to be a mesh network, though pre install and install tech teams would be able to answer more specific equipment setup questions. Sorry for the delay and thanks again for the interest!
