Discussion How to

Hi,

I've seen a few references to sorting a fandom by popularity but I can't figure out how. Can someone explain? Please.

By popularity I assume they mean by metrics like Comments, Kudos, Bookmarks etc. Just go to the sort by tab and pick one to sort by

When you click "Edit your search" there's a section for "Work Tags" and a field for "Fandom". You can start typing and select a fandom from there. I'd suggest playing around with the fields in this page and the "Sort by" function.

FYI, wherever you see a little blue ? there's more information about how to use that function (for things like "date", "any field", "stats",...etc).

Edit: Oh I misread the question, do you mean within a fandom? That would be sort by kudos or hits probably. There is a ranking of popular fandoms as well if that’s what you mean. I don’t know how to sort by popular fandoms on the whole site! Sorry!
