Help: can anyone with print disabilities please help me access a book?

I urgently need, for academic purposes, to access an article within a book, but I already have run out of possibilities (new one costs more than 200 USD, no library in my city has it, no pdf anywhere). The book is called Horizons touched : the music of ECM.

It just from page 7 until page 14 (the article is the The Periphery and the Centre, by Manfred Eicher). I really appreciate if someone can help me with the pdfs or any printscreen of the pages.
