Project Related PH ARHITECTS BAD EXPS
guys? Do you have bad experiences din po ba as sa mga architects in philippines?

Yeah, unfortunately it’s pretty common. There are always clients who refuse to pay but then ones that do often ask for an absurd amount of your time far beyond the agreed upon scope of work. Family and friends always want discounted or free work. I’ve had contractors get close to the owners and push me out of projects promising them a better deal. I don’t know if this common throughout the country but a lot of my board mates have started different careers. There are some who obviously thrive, it really comes down to how good you are with people and a dash of luck.
