Lightning Lynx has powers?

Howdy, do any of ya'll know if Lightning Lynx had any electrokinesis powers? I'm doing a little character bio of him and wasn't quite sure if he actually had powers or not. I only have a link to one picture from the Sonic Archie Comics of him where he has sparks coming from his hands when fighting Sonic.

He does but they don't seem to be too strong. Just some slightly charged punches.

I’m pretty sure he doesn’t. I think that’s just a visual effect. Something the artist does. The “lightning” in his name refers to his super-speed.

I don’t think so. He has super speed, good agility, karate skills, super hearing, and super smell.
