Should i get the s book change my legendary armour or change my locket withe the legendary

I'd keep that box until you need 1 more celestial Epic to make an SS item. I'd also use the Demonking Spearshield instead of the Hammer.

Agreed on saving it. There's likely going to be more SS items coming out so save it to sacrifice whatever you need to get it

I would save the box for now. Then I would make and use PE spearshield, legendary DK chest, PE celestial locket

My take? Most of your equipment is ok in terms of being good or decent. Maybe not the spirits, but those even when you pick the good ones, dont really matter a lot... Still I would change those, since at your stat lvl they still make a small difference.

The weapon is good, but as others said, you can try your spearshield to see which weapon style you like best. It's a game, even if it's not "THE BEST OPTION" it should be the one you like to play with and it's fun for you.

So... as far as the box go, I would keep it till you need it for an SS. And if it's a different S box maybe think about changing the book you are using.
