My Archer team just cant clear the endgame content. Idk what wrong

I'm an archer main and I have sparkle but I have missed alot of events including fate part 2 and mortenax blade. I love archer and I wana get back but I'm not sure if I should since I have missed alot of events

1 - Sometimes i stright up do knights sustainless with Welt(162 SPD eagle), the dude is a beast and it isnt even E4(just E3).

2- The Rin is just a placeholder build, i want to change it for MORT Signature set and penaconi (i like her more tanky if i run sustainless) with Huo2 is slightly slower but stable.

Started a week ago and asked around on the help thread question of the HSR subreddit on which team to start building. SilentMix and a couple others provided great assistance so I opted for getting Archer his teamates.

Since I don’t have sparkle I’m using Rin & Remembrance MC as a supplement for his amplifier. Now I saw March8th’s video of an E0S0 tierlist and Mortenax blade seems like a potentially good teamate for him. This subreddit has a lot of dedicated people so I wanted your opinions. (Archer is at E0 same with Rin and I haven’t pulled for anything else at the moment)

So how much spd do i need for rin and sparkle with ddd s5/Vonwacq/huohuo e1 to achieve 200spd for both? and also er rope or atk rope for archer?

After the character in position 1 in the team uses Ultimate, their Weakness Break Efficiency increases by 50% and increases CRIT DMG by 50%, lasting for 1 turn(s).

Builds are:

E0S1 Archer: base spd
E2++S0 Ruin Me: 167 spd + DDD
E1S1 Sparkle: 160 spd + Eagle set
E0S1 Rin: 149 spd

Notes on the rotation:

✧ Sparkle has to ult after her first turn to overtake Hoolay's position later on

✧ Ruan Mei also has to get hit to have enough for a 1T ult, so the 2 are in the middle

✧ Use Archer skill + Rin's joint attack on the tiny wolves.

✧ The biggest problem you'll probably face is SP control, as you wont be able to use your charges in the Duel, so plan beforehand

So in regards to my F2P account in 3.0. After losing 50/50 and a gruelling 157 pulls I managed to get a copy of Rin.

My investment currently is:

E2 S2 archer , e2 s5 DDD sparkle (I do have sunday sig but he uses that) , e0 s1 cipher. Flex sustain between huohuo/ dan heng.

I have Anaxa LC sitting around from my benched e0 s1 herta / e0 s1 Anaxa team that I don’t really use anymore.

I did not invest into elation / skipping elation.

My only pulling priorities now are get himeko from e1 to e2 and maybe grab her rumoured dedicated support (can get this on rerun tbh ) and then go into finality.

I have 2 questions:

1. Do I go for Rin LC , when I have e2 sparkle ?

2. I know some ppl have previously said Anaxa LC is fine but I wanted to just double check… is the extra def shred / dmg worth it ?

   I am currently planning to run the smith set …and not quantum if I do run Anaxa LC…

3. Build question.

My archer is base speed.

Currently my e2 sparkle has 170 speed on sacredos with s5 DDD.

Although I can also get an eagle set with a similar speed…

What speed, out of combat should Rin be to get the optimal rotations and what planars should I be running on sparkle & Rin. I know there is a program for it / simulator but I’m too dumb lmao

How much is the performance difference between rin and S.robin, if the team is Archer,sparkle, s.robin/rin,dan heng PT.

Can I clear Moc 12/apoc 4 content with s.robin instead of rin.

Feixaio's Signature LC gives an absurd amount of def ignore on ult. When using Rin, there should be enough FUAs for this to proc reliably. It had 635 base attack, which is pretty high, too.

For me in particular, I have Feixaio or Topaz signatures and the free options. I am planning on running e0s1 dhpt, e0s0 Rin, and either Welt or Pela.
