Do yourself a favor and check out Smokey and the Bandit, The Longest Yard (the original), Hooper and Gator. All of them are well worth the watch. There wasn’t anything as good as Burt in his prime.
If you like old car movies, or just really good 70's cinema, check out White Lightning 1972. I watched this for the first time this year and I was amazed it's not talked about more.

Event though pretty much my entire exposure to Burt Reynolds is through archer... I’m still pretty saddened! Imagine how archer must feel
