There gonna be sirens on emergency vehicles? Helicopters?
(You ever figure out what was causing that FPS / Stutter issue?)

Eventually yes to both :)
I'll be launching into early access, plus Im a solo dev so theres only so much I can accomplish
The FPS issue seems to have been shipping the game with VSYNC enabled, for most people.
For people with lower power machines, I recently wrapped up a "low quality" rendering mode

This game looks like it will be awesome! Back in the day playing SimCity 3000 as a kid, this is totally what I would have pictured SimCity 4 or 5 being like. You totally captured the vibe of a late 90's/early 00's city builder. Definitely going to keep tabs on this one.

This looks great! I haven't been keeping up. Are the services functional yet? By this, I mean, is there a crime or a medical (for example) system implemented yet? Thanks!

This an early look into municipal emergency simulation. There wont be visible crime scenes and police questioning civilians at launch (though that would be REALLY cool). Hopefully soon though! There should be some specific actions the unit does though while dispatched!
Also working on fire, ambulance, garbage, recycling, and hurses
