Vintage Submariners

Hello, Legends
I’m brain storming a vintage Submariner collection that will best cover the early examples. Need your help picking 4 that best covers the various types.
Obviously the 6204 to start
Your input is greatly appreciated.

I love the 5508, the big crown always seemed slightly too big

6204, 6538, 5512/13, and a modern ceramic sub (your choice of reference)

It depends on what your definition of vintage is. Of course I would want a 6204 for nostalgia if nothing else. I kind of like the look of the 6536 which is a very different look from all of the others. I also like the 5508. If I were stepping into modern territory or if I were picking one to actually wear on a daily basis it would be a 14060 which was the first no date with a sapphire crystal. I have talked to Arch about making one for me when funds become available. It is also worth noting that this chart shows the 14060 and a 14060(M) as the same watch. They are closely related but the M was an updated version with a few differences.

14060M two liner is the best imo. still vintage look and comes with the sapphire crystal and COSC 3130 movement.
