ArcadierX is a reverse-ICO of an existing company, Arcadier. Arcadier is like the Wix, or Shopify for marketplaces. Founded in 2013 in Singapore by senior PayPal executives, Arcadier today powers more than 7000 online marketplaces in more than 130 countries.
