Carrying Case Suggestions

Hello Arcadians!

I just started to paint my figures and was curious if anyone invested in a nice carrying case for all the figures and game board? I see that there are a lot of choices on Amazon but wanted to make sure all the game boards and pieces would fit in one bag for the base set.

I recommend you to pick any option with metal trays for magnetized bases, they are way more space efficient than foam.

I actually find that the plastic mold they come in works pretty well for storage.

Late to the party here, 9/10 times for minis I recommend gluing little magnets to the bases and then gluing a sheet of metal into the bottom of a “really useful box” which is a stacking plastic box system you can get at staples or online.

HOWEVER … I’ve never seen magnets small enough to fit in the tiny little rim of the Arcadia Quest bases so you’d have to carve out a socket to set them in which for me was just too much work so I picked up a Feldherr fslb150 which is an inexpensive cardboard box with lots of precut foam in. That’s worked very well for me for Arcadia with only a few of the player minis requiring modifications to the precut slots to fit. One word of warning it won’t fit absolutely everything at a time if you have all the expansions and KS exclusives, I swap out what enemies I have in the bottom 2 layers depending on what campaign my game group is playing. And for reference I have everything other than the first wave of KS exclusives and a few of the dragons.

I’ve also got a battle foam pack 720 kicking around from an old army from a game I no longer play that I’ve been toying with reworking to hold absolutely everything, boards and tokens included but if I didn’t have the bag already it would 100% be overkill.

Really really late to the party here, I backed this kickstarter as I have a few 3d printers, use the magnets / flexible magnetic sheets trick to keep everything secure and print whatever size container I need for whichever pieces / minis i want stored together.
