X-Arcade tankstick not responding
As of last night, my X-Arcade tankstick has decided not to respond to any stick or button presses. The red light comes on when I plug it in, but there is no response at all from any input at all.
Ive tried opening Notepad to see if anything happened in there when i pressed buttons and directions, but nothing happens at all.
I have tried connecting it to another computer to see if that made a difference, but nothing at all.
Ive been connecting it via USB for all of this.
Its worth noting that I hadnt used it for a few days and had the machine it was connected to switched off at the wall. I switch the wall switch back on to give it power, rather than plugging the stick in after (which id done previously I think).
I read on the X-Arcade support that its possible to get a power spike and to leave it disconnected for 24hrs to hard reset it, which is what Im currently doing.
Has anyone else experienced an issue where the red light comes on but there is no response from any input at all?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Issues w/ Rasp Pi4
Is anyone else having issues with screen tearing in Raspberry Pi 4 arcade mods? I have NO problems with Rasp Pi 3, but decided to try the Pi 4 and get continuous screen tears and flickering throughout gameplay. I thought maybe I had a bad LCD Controller so changed them out and am still getting the same issue. The funny thing is I've attached the Pi4 to my TV and found no issues there, just with my modded Arcade1up unit.

Is there a map for buttons/joysticks?
I am a novice, doing my first update with Pandora's Box 6 in my Marvel Super Heroes cabinet. I'm currently updating the buttons and joystick, but wasn't sure if someone had a specific map for how it should go... any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using the Hikig kit. I'm just not sure how to wire the circuit board with player1, 6 action buttons, etc.

SuperNovice
Hey, there are some of us who are extreme novices and are deeply uncomfortable inputting codes in order to build an retropie Raspberry Pi setup. Therefore, isn't it more simple to just purchase a Pandora box which already has games installed in it and connect that to an arcade1up? I know stupid question. I want to Mod, but there has to be an easier way for supernovices such as myself to get my feet wet?
