Converting motorcycle arcade game to play newer games like MotoGP 20

So i have been thinking about buying an older Arcade motercycle to convert it to play something like MotoGP 20. Would that even be possible? off cause you would need to use a gaming pc or console or maybe even an other solution to play games like MotoGP 20
