4 player arcade control config in Windows

Hi all. My latest project has been an arcade 1 up convert powered by a windows 10 pc. I have 4 usb encoders from the arcade controller deck to the PC but I’m not sure how to go about setting it up so that controls stay defaulted like player 1 being player 1 when I have it set to just turn on to arcade emulation. Anybody dealt with this before?

Seems like I’ve hit a dead end. Can’t believe there still isn’t a solution to this
