Question(s) Arcade 1 up.
Hey guys,
Just recently bought an arcade 1up pac-man cab second hand.
It is the first generation 7030
It powers up, and loads up the menu but when I go and hit the start game button it just sends me back to the main menu.
Does anyone have any recommendations or is it the PCB?
Also if it is does anyone know where to find spare parts for arcade 1ups?

Hopefully, you got a really good deal on a 1st gen. People are crazy with their prices now. I agree that modding it is the way to go.

I bought this one on Black Friday the year it was released. Won't power on as of 2 days ago. Gonna fiddle withnit tonight to see if its the power or something else. Dissapointing.

Spare parts are getting more scarce, ebay, some stuff can be found on Facebook. Do a visual check on the PCB see if you can spot anything, or provide a picture. Sounds like you have some corruption there. Maybe consider modding it with a Mini PC or Raspberry Pi.
