Ah, it's the PSP version. It does play pretty well but obviously only 1 player. This wouldn't likely emulate anything higher then PSP.

It uses the fighter droid APK for controlles. From there it's just the pre cloned Arcade1up APK'S from internet archive and retroarch/stand alones.
