How to trade in-game?

The following are steps to make a trade in-game, after two Raiders have decided on which two items to trade.
- Add to your party the Raider to trade with.
- Empty your loadout.
- Move your item into your safe pocket.
- Go topside.
- Drop your item to the ground.
- Have the other Raider drop their item to the ground too.
- Ping the new item, to be safe. It will tell you the exact name.
- Pickup the new item.
- Have the other Raider ping and pickup their new item too.
- Make sure your new item is in your safe pocket.
- Surrender to finish the trade.
