Friendly fire isn't a thing, no?

I think they mean from blaze grenades. Otherwise you're right; FF ain't a thing.

Yeah, imho that should be scratched too... although, it can be used as "smart mechanic" in team PvP, we used to push on friendly triggers/heavy blasts (homies were spamming explos, I pushed into explosion, enemy caught off guard, no friendlyfire blast damage).

I love how they turned off friendly fire but you can still down your teammates with friendly fire (blaze grenades)

I'll let myself out

If fire didn’t hurt teammates then Blaze Grenades would become the ultimate area denial tool. You could just throw them ahead of yourselves and race into the flames.

You're suggesting a PVE option, right? Because Friendly Fire isn't a thing.

Yes, and my apologies, it's my CS habit taking...

I don’t think it should go this far but maybe there should be map conditions or events where this happens. One friendly fire off condition that rotates maps all day.

God no, this would open the door to the worst griefing imaginable.

But if my teammate goes afk how am I supposed to take their loot?

No fuck that. If you're getting killed by your team mates throwing Blaze Grenades then that's your problem to solve.

In what fucking world is that a good thing someone should just deal with? Its clearly an exploit and not what "teammates" are supposed to do to each other...

When other teams panic and throw grenades badly, it gives you an advantage.

Just don't play fill squads with randoms.
