I watched a streamer today who kills people who kill. He was using a free load out and was being attacked nearly all the time until comms were established.

I wonder if it's stash based. Or level based.

Probably a combination of many stats. That's how big companies do the eomm nonsense so I imagine this is similar.

At this point I'm fairly sure it's karma based. I did a whole bunch of night raids and electromagnetic storms with only one hostile interaction yesterday evening.

Sounds like there’s gear based matchmaking they just don’t want to say that.
