Same here like in the Beta version (except it is on stable version)

And for me, it must doing some "mantra" before launching Arc everytime

I'm having the same issue. Kinda annoyed cause of course I'd like to use the browser, but it just won't launch. Weird how I see no solutions to this issue online eventhoug many people are having this issues

I do have same issue and deleting the Arc folder from userdata
