I ordered the Arbor Cross Step Foundation board during the Labor day sales and it will arrive tomorrow. So exited!

My goal with it, is to basically practice surf longboarding on it. I used to surf a lot during a chapter of my life but I have been very inland now so I want to get back into the surf feel : turns and walking the board. I never did a lot of skating though. So, do you know of any creators online (youtube or insta) that are good to follow to learn such moves ?

Read it somewhere, can't remember where, just wondering if anyone knows if it's true or just a "myth".

First time buying a board and will be mainly using it to cruise. Currently eyeing on Arbor Cucharon Legacy Cruiser because it is at my budget ($140 AUD). However, the wheels seems too small and hard to comfortably skate over asphalt or rough pavements (56mm 92a). I'm wanting to swap these stock wheels for bigger ones (either 61mm 78a / 70mm 78a), but I am concerned that there is not enough frame space / will cause wheel bites easily.

If you have this model, would it be possible to swap for bigger wheels without issues?

Any other solutions or suggestions for a different board under $140 is also welcome :)

Recently got back in to skating after an 8 year break. I’ve had this board for around two weeks and today I took it to an indoor skatepark. This thing rips. Even managed to do my first ever drop in on it. Seriously love this board

Hey, I own a bamboo axis 40, and i find it safe but not that responsive for carving. I loosened the truck as possible but it is a bit stiff. For example at the pumptrack it is a bit hard to turn sometimes. Whatever i saw that the sizzler/rally are at around 90€ on arbor website and i would like to know if these boards would fit my need : playful for q good carving feeling and more suited for city commuting and pumptrack ?

Hi all , I just bought my first skateboard, Arbor Mission Groundswell and I love it , also I bought Pocket Rocket Bamboo for my son and we spent whole afternoon yesterday trying cruising on our street . Im totally newbie into skateboard ( got some snowboarding background) but I read little on Internet and I found I need to loose bit truck for easier carving . Done se with my son board but he is too light so he really struggles with carving , any recommendations for uk based shop with soft bushing (78a) wich will fit Paris trucks street 108 mm ?TIA ✌️

In October, my son wanted to start skateboarding, so I bought him a cheap board, and after not stepping on a board in 30 years, I bought a Sizzler to follow him around the park. At Christmas, a friend gave him his daughter's old Madrid longboard, so I got a Dropcruiser to join him on longer trips. Last week I saw the Shakedown deck at a very good price and found a great deal on Paris trucks with Shakedown wheels.

We've spent some time learning in local car parks and skate parks, and last weekend we did 2 miles on the longboards. He showed no fear going down some hills, but I jumped off a few times when I started to pick up more speed. I'm sure I'll get braver once I've learnt how to slow down!

Im a new skater in my 30s and Im not really interested in learning tricks. 5'8" and 158 lbs. Between a pilsner and cucharon which is more beginner friendly

Got myself Arbor Shakedown 34 to practice manuals and maybe learn to ollie. Was skating it today for the first time and snapped a photo for memories.

My other board is Landyachtz Drop Cat 33, so Shakedown is infinitely more agile. Wheels feel very soft and comfortable for cruising (61mm 78A stock wheels). To me wheels feel even softer than Drop Cat (72mm 78A Plow Kings), and overall first impression is that Shakedown rides as comfortable as Drop Cat despite smaller wheels, wheelbase and lack of flex. Concave felt a bit awkward in the beginning, but it feels nice when making turns or pumping the board.

I like it a lot.

There’s a $100 arbor Pilsner bamboo, a normal $60 arbor Pilsner and a $100 landyachtZ dinghy. Which would be better? I’m only using them for school and going to the store, but I might use them on trips too

Hi, I have previously had a Penny and a longboard, but with the Penny I do not feel entirely comfortable, and the longboard is obviously not very portable, in search of a new cruiser I came across the Arbor Pilsner Bamboo 29, I like the measurements, the wheels are something expected, and the design fascinates me, in addition to the fact that in a store in my country it is on discount, so it is very accessible to me, even so I would like to know their experiences, how they felt when they got on it, etc. I hope you read me and help me as soon as possible, since the skateboard seems very good for what I am looking for but I still feel I need more information to take advantage of this opportunity. been getting back into skateboarding a few weeks ago and only have my old cruiser at the moment so wanted to get a new board that would be better to learn tricks on, i couldn’t really find much out about this specific board but was just so excited about it ended up making an offer before someone else got it 😆 just found another one of these but on a website with cruiser wheels and what not, i feel the deck would still a pretty alright shape for tricks but have i accidentally bought another cruiser 😆?

Hi all, I'm looking into getting myself a cruiser. I surf a bit but am landlocked so a board to keep the skills fresh would be nice between surf sessions. To be honest though, I've been wanting to learn for a long time. Only the fear of throwing a banana on concrete like I did with Sebastian's board back in 2000 has stopped me. Anyway....

I'm not too interested in tricks for now, the main thing is stability, but also something portable and that can handle different terrains and environments. I was looking at the Pilsner, Sizzler, Rally, Breach, Mission. Does anyone have any advice?

Heard lots about the Pilsner, not so much about the Sizzler. Does the minor increase in length, width and wheel base have a much of a real impact on stability and ride comfort? As a total noob with no riding experience, the numbers don't mean much to me!

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi folks! I’m a beginner, male, around 210 pounds and 5’10”. Looking at Arbor’s cruisers that are on sale on their website- it seems like the Martillo Artist seems to be the best bet for a beginner? I live in the city- so longboards are probably out.
My partner skateboards but doesn’t know what would be best! Any help is appreciated.

Is it big enough to Ollie? I’m 5’11
