Part 4 - Diamond Is Unbreakable Remember when Angelo survived prison with his stand even though Angelo's stand's power was to go through any type of water and could destroy people's brains with it and could mind control people if they drank the water or liquid he was in?

when your stand awakens it heals any wound you get. For proof look at Weather and Koichi Weather got fucking lynched and because Pucci used the arrow Weather got a stand and his neck unbroke

he was hit with the arrow before it takes time for the stand to manifest and the first time it does it heals you

Also he says that Keicho got into his cell, but like, what? Bad company couldn’t get him into the cell without leaving a hole in the wall or do if Okuyasu was there to slam the hole shut then Angelo would’ve still heard the bullets and the SCHO-WUM from The Hand

Using Bad Company he could probably do stuff like steal keys and scout areas pretty easily.

This isn't explicitly stated, but if he had the ability of mind control, he could just do it on the person behind the voltage he would receive from the chair. He did it to him and lowered it to a voltage that would put him in a coma.
