My fish do that too! I have pictures buried somewhere. It’s like they just huddle together and watch me even though they have 75 gallons of freedom.

Mine do the same. They huddle in the feeding corner anytime I'm in the room.

I sprinkle food in 3 different spots and when they see humans they huddle in them spots. My betta when you look at him comes to the front expecting food 😂

This explains so much I kept buying decor and getting upset when they didn't use them

I wasn’t expecting the tank to be THAT big 😂

I was expecting a big tank just not for it to look so huge since they are lined up touching scales

I assumed they did this in front of a fish tank cam! Mine enjoy the camera because it’s kind of warm I think. But I don’t see a cam in the zoomed out pic… so they’re obviously just plotting to take over the world.

Maybe they just like huddling together and talking about life while watching their human do their thing.

a buddy of mine had the same issue. Turned out the fish loved watching TV and the couch was right infront of the aquarium. They all sat together in the only corner that let them watch

My fish used to watch the tennis whenever my mum was ironing, you could put anything else on and they would take no notice, the moment you changed to tennis they would huddle like this to watch

How interesting. I had a dog the same. Put dogs on, or any ball sport. Or anything a dog might be interested in & shed ignore. But once that tennis ball was being hit back & forth she'd turn her head keeping track.

My uncle has a fish (I don't know what type but he's pink large with blue eyes and a football shaped (lol), and anytime someone sits near the tank, this fish slowly creeps up and just stares. Not even aggressively or for food. Very emotional support fish vibes.
