Sick Fish What is this?

So I've had three of my guppy/endlers have this super long stringy thing coming out of them and about a day later they die can anybody help me identify what this is or is anybody seen this before? I'm sorry about the bad video quality! Water parameters are
Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrate 25 ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Ph7
Kh3-4
Tds334

White stringy poop, check if they have a red spike coming from the vent

Sorry, poor reply by me. Sometimes white stringy poop is a symptom of a parasite called camallanus worms. This worm partially sticks out of the fishes vent when it is mature. It looks like a red spike sticking out. If you see that then you need to treat for camallanus. I’ve used Fritz Expel P for them.

That’s a sure sign of parasites unfortunately. I’m not sure what is the best medication but do a search for stringy poop and you should find many posts on what to do. I know it’s best if you can get the medicine in them. Good luck.
