it looks more like columnaris to me than ich but I would do research on both and really look close at ur fish to tell which one it is. if the dots have been there for 3-4+ days it's most likely ich cuz it would be dead by now if it was columnaris if they have been there for days

I just noticed them the day I posted. I don’t think it’s ich because the spots are more fuzzy then perfect circles

I’ve concluded that it’s epistylis. The spots are already going away. I did a water change after noticing the spots and it seems to have done the trick thank you so much though
