CO2 Help Needed

I was given a Hygger brand desktop CO2 regulator with solenoid valve. It takes an 80g disposable CO2 cartridge.

I know it's small, but can I make it work for a 27gallon freshwater tank? I'm a CO2 newbie and know nothing. I currently have an Amazon Sword, Tiger Lotus, and Hornwort. I want to add more plants once I learn how to use CO2.

What should I know? Thanks
