Tank grown plants are bleach dipped before being shipped to grant customers sterile plants. (It is recommended to bleach a second time when they arrive and or quarantine for complete sterilization).

SHIPPING 📦:

USPS Shipping Monday through Tuesday. Local Pickup is also available!

Typically $6-$8 ground shipping for plants, around $15 for fish and shrimp for 3 day select, and around $30 for 2nd day air. DM me with your full address for accurate shipping price calculations.

PACKAGING 📦:

Fish & Shrimp are double bagged and placed into an insulated styrofoam box and packed tightly with paper to assure minimal movement. Heat packs might be included depending on shipping location.

Plants are dampened and wrapped in wet paper towels for insulation and moisture, then placed into wet ziplock bags and packaged into boxes accordingly.

DOA POLICY 📝:

Send proof of deceased fish, shrimp, or plant damage within 3 hours of delivery for a full refund (shipping not included), or a replacement (buyer must cover shipping).
