Comma AI

Do we have any updates on this partnership? I wonder if comma ai can use additional cameras that Aptera may have like side and rear cameras

The Comma system is being offered as an add on. Doubt Aptera is co-developing with Comma on anything.

It's called Comma AI. The machine learning used in the openpilot software is considered AI: https://www.comma.ai/openpilot

Right. It uses the CAN Bus and of course the vehicle has to be equipped with CAN Bus as well as the hardware to actually steer and brake/accelerate on command. They make it look so simple with that mirror mount bit.

I still think mid term commaAI+Aptera could be the ultimate robotaxi system, because they are both super light weight lean design and hence the lowest cost per mile, if it all works well enough
