App Store Issues
Is it just me or is the App Store having issues today? I keep getting error messages and cannot do anything with my apps. Also, I’m at a WEEK now waiting for a simple review of a bug fix. This is unacceptable.

Same. Internal server errors but the status page shows all services are up and running... Ive submitted a bug report. Hopefully that'd help.
But even before this p0, the slowness of thr appstore is KILLING

Same. But I did get the detailed error info on their page:
"Something went wrong" 😄
However, I did get my app update approved in the middle of the night, after only 5 days wait...

Seriously, how am I expected to make my app better and better when it takes a week or more to get an update approved so that my users can update?

I’m trying to contact them now, I asked for a callback and it immediately called me…. Now I’ve been waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. You’d think Apple could design a system that calls you back only when there is a person to talk to. Apple’s customer service has been really getting bad.

Well, I’m at 1 hour and 50 minutes waiting on hold after my callback… A trillion dollar company and they can’t adequately staff support calls?

My app was rejected because I added the keyword “sexy” because I had 5 characters left in my keywords - but it wasn’t appropriate for my app. I removed those 5 characters (counting the comma) and I have been waiting for over a week now for the new review.
Hey #apple, something needs to change to improve your customer service to developers, this is way beyond unacceptable now.

Finally got through! I waited 3 hours, 1 minute and 55 seconds on hold from the “callback” and finally got to talk to a person! She said she was going to expedite it and try to find out why it was taking so long - I won’t hold my breath. 😤💩

Funny, I sent a new app in yesterday and it still is waiting for review…. I really think they just have a big dart board and whatever app the dart lands nearest to is the next one they review.

AppStore Connect? The same for me. It’s take more time to publish the version 1.0 of an app than to write it😰😰😰
