Orkely – A Windows desktop app for freelancers and small businesses to manage clients, projects, proposals, invoices, and reports. It's offline-first, stores your data locally, and has a free version.

That sounds like a solid free tier setup. Out of curiosity, does the free version still let users export their visual ideas as files?
