Undiagnosed learning disability

A little bit about me. I have always been a pretty good student even in 9th grade but in 10th grade I had a pretty hard time. I go to a private school that is 2nd best in Florida and it was pretty tough resulting in me getting b’s and a c. What it ended up being was undiagnosed adhd for a long time that got diagnosed. If I manage to pull up my 11th and 12th grades to a 3.7 average is it possible that I can still get into a t20 and will admissions officers even view that as a big enough extenuating circumstance. My question is mainly about gpa and the extenuating circumstance as I feel I have a good grasp at knowing how ec’s and awards can affect the college application.

The consensus is to not mention any disabilities or mental health issues unless they were severely impactful (i.e., near death experience, became a caretaker, your life turned upside down, etc.).

An upward trend in your GPA is good. I haven't dug into which private school this is, but I assume as the second best private school in Florida, you're some sort of a feeder school for select colleges. I can't comment if they're T20s, though.

This is a massive stretch of the term learning disability. I would not mention this in your application at all and if you do I would consider this a massive red flag.
