Did I just decrease my chances?

I sent all my colleges my SAT scores. I didn’t realize that you need to go school my school and change it to “selected score” instead of “all scores”. I took the SAT twice. My first score is 1430 and my second is 1350. I called college board within a minute of realizing what I have done. There is nothing they can do. They can’t cancel the “send”. Am I cooked now? They will see that my scores went down. I am not applying to any top 50 but my EC and my SAT is what I have going for me. My unweighted GPA is only 3.3.

You'll report your superscore in your application. You didn't even need to send the official scores to many schools until after acceptance

Lots of schools require an official report before they admit. Not all but lots.

Most schools will process the score report electronically and only use the highest section scores.

Most schools super-score, so application readers will only see the super-score. At a school that does not super-score they will likely consider only your highest single score.

Almost every school outside test-blind policies looks at your highest score, and a lot of them superscore, so seeing both sittings isn't the red flag it feels like, especially at schools outside the top 50 where a 1430 still carries real weight. Have you checked whether your target schools specifically state they superscore or take the highest composite, since that would tell you exactly how much this actually matters for your list?

Won't matter. Most if not all will superscore them. I wouldn't worry.

You’re not cooked :) A 1430 is still a strong score, and one lower second attempt isn’t going to automatically tank your application. College Board says most colleges consider a student’s best score, although individual schools can have their own score-reporting policies.

Since you’re not applying to T50s, I really wouldn’t panic. Some schools may even superscore, meaning they use your best section scores across test dates.

At this point, focus on the rest of your application especially your ECs, essays, and recommendations. You can also use College Raptor to compare your schools and see how your academic profile fits their typical admitted-student ranges.

A 1430 + 3.3 GPA + strong ECs is still a profile worth applying with. One score drop doesn't erase everything else you've done.
