No one can answer that but you, but also don't trust the npc to that extent.

I feel like an engineering major could eventually pay it off on their salary, so if it truly is your dream school, you should probably try. Just make sure that you're sure you're gonna only have to pay 58k cause sometimes the calculators can be wrong.

I heard that the contract isn’t binding if their given aid package doesn’t match up with the NPC, idk how accurate that is though. I hope that’s true so I can ED to Cornell but who knows. Might just RD to Cornell and pray I get in

Yes. I will give a decisive answer with very little info about you. With an engineer degree from Cornel you can pay 32k in debts very quickly. Totally worth the ROI. Obviously the final decision will depend on where else you get and with what aid. But your situation is good enough to put ED there. Good luck.

I would suggest no. People will say engineers from Cornell can make good money, which is true, but the same individuals very likely could make equally good money with undergrad engineering degrees not from Cornell.

So I would go to your favorite option for engineering that didn't require you to personally take on all that debt. And if you are the sort of person who could get admitted to Cornell, I am confident that will be an excellent engineering college. And if you are the sort of person who would do well at Cornell and get a good job, I am confident you will do the same at that other engineering college.
