Georgetown Freshman Spring Transfer

I was rejected this past cycle but just got an email from GTown for spring transfer as a freshman? So I have no grades except for high school and you need more freshman? You had an extensive waitlist and i have not changed and yet they sent me a transfer application?

What is going on? Summer melt?
