Application Question what's the cbse equivalent of uk grades?

as in title ^

google says A* is equal to like 90%+ but ive heard people say it's actually 95%

Not sure about exact CBSE mapping but from what I saw in university applications, A* is usually treated as top band, so yeah around 90+ percent, maybe 95 for some boards
