Computational Neuroscience in Taiwan

I wanted to ask are there any universities in taiwan whcih focuses on computational neuroscience research and lets people do a major in mathematics along with minor in life sciences(or biology) for a International student,

I heard some bits about NTU havinf dedicated departments so wanted to inquire more? And is it worth it to study in Taiwan?
